| CVE-2026-63270 | 1 The Document Foundation | 1 Libreoffice | 2026-10-06 | 5.5 Medium |
| URLs could be constructed which expanded environment variable or INI file values, so potentially sensitive information could be exfiltrated to a remote server on opening a document containing such links. The check added for CVE-2024-12426 did not cover every place a document can supply a URL. XForms instance data and the Calc csv and sql data providers still reached the expansion. In fixed versions these places refuse URLs with internal schemes when the URL comes from the document. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106459 | 2026-10-06 | 8.5 High | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. From 0.3.0 until 0.3.8, the @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-sentry package is affected by improper input validation in sentry scaffolder actions. An authenticated internal user who can execute the affected actions may cause the backend to contact unintended destinations and disclose Sentry integration credentials. Subsequent impact depends on network reachability and the privileges granted to the configured token. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.8. | ||||

| CVE-2026-98327 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: mesh: reset the CSA state when leaving ifmsh->csa is allocated in ieee80211_mesh_csa_beacon() and only freed in ieee80211_mesh_finish_csa(), i.e. when the channel switch completes. Leaving the mesh while a switch is still pending therefore leaks it. Additionally, ifmsh->csa_role and ifmsh->chsw_ttl have their state leak in this case, so things can get mixed up in addition to the memory leak. Refactor the reset and call it in ieee80211_stop_mesh() to fix it all. | ||||

| CVE-2026-98205 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: evdev - zero absinfo before partial copy in EVIOCSABS The EVIOCSABS handler copies at most the user supplied ioctl size into an uninitialized on-stack struct input_absinfo: if (copy_from_user(&abs, p, min_t(size_t, size, sizeof(struct input_absinfo)))) The size comes from _IOC_SIZE() of the ioctl command and is therefore fully controlled by userspace. A short size leaves the trailing part of the structure holding whatever was on the kernel stack, and the whole structure is then stored into the device: dev->absinfo[t] = abs; EVIOCGABS hands that back to userspace, disclosing the stale stack bytes. Only the resolution field is currently cleared, which covers the legacy struct layout but not an arbitrarily short size. Zero the structure before the copy so any part not supplied by the caller reads back as zero. The existing resolution fixup is kept, since it also handles a size that partially overlaps that field. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98232 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: core: Validate MODE SENSE lengths in scsi_cdl_enable() scsi_cdl_enable() uses length fields returned by MODE SENSE to locate the ATA feature mode page in a 64-byte stack buffer. A target can report a total length shorter than its mode header and block descriptors. The unsigned subtraction used for the MODE SELECT length can wrap, and the separately computed buf_data can point beyond buf. During automatic scan, enable is false, so the read-modify-write of buf_data[4] can clear the low two bits of a target-selected out-of-bounds stack byte. scsi_mode_select() can then copy up to 64 bytes from outside the buffer into the outgoing MODE SELECT payload, disclosing stack contents to the target. This is reachable while scanning a USB storage device that identifies as an ATA device and advertises CDL support. No filesystem mount or userspace access to the block device is required. On upstream commit cee9395acd80 ("Linux 7.3-rc1"), a build-specific, one-vCPU QEMU/Raw Gadget proof using QEMU-only multi-UDC allocator sampling executed a fixed proof command inside the guest and created a UID-0-owned marker during automatic enumeration, with KASLR and NX enabled. The issue was independently found during security research at Drivesec S.r.l. Cap the available length to the buffer size. Validate and consume the mode header and block descriptor lengths before using the page, and require the five bytes needed to access the CDL field. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98165 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: restrict BAR0 fallback read to SR-IOV VFs only The BAR0 fallback read path was introduced as a workaround for SR-IOV VFs where the VRAM aperture is not available during early init. Restrict this workaround to only SR-IOV VFs where it's needed. (cherry picked from commit d8a0affd207c813bd063fa2c27786f449eaf92b8) | ||||
| CVE-2026-105639 | 1 Makeplane | 1 Plane | 2026-10-06 | 9.8 Critical |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's signup flow creates a logged-in User row for any submitted email without an out-of-band ownership check, while User.email is unique=True. The authenticated user can call GET /api/users/me/workspaces/invitations/, which returns each WorkspaceMemberInvite whose email matches request.user.email. WorkSpaceMemberInviteSerializer uses fields = "all", exposing the token that protects the invitation join endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a target's email can register an account using that address, enumerate pending invitations, and accept an invitation as the target, joining a workspace at the invited role. The term pre-auth describes the attacker's initial state: the attacker has no credential before signup, while the enumeration and join requests use the session created by that signup. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98201 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: zero ff_effect before compat copy in input_ff_effect_from_user In the compat path input_ff_effect_from_user() aliases the caller's native struct ff_effect with the smaller struct ff_effect_compat and copies only the compat sized prefix: compat_effect = (struct ff_effect_compat *)effect; if (copy_from_user(compat_effect, buffer, sizeof(struct ff_effect_compat))) The tail of the native structure is never written. Callers pass an uninitialized on-stack object, for example evdev_do_ioctl() for EVIOCSFF, so those bytes keep their previous stack contents. input_ff_upload() then stores the full native structure in ff->effects[id], from where a uinput based force feedback daemon can read it back via UI_BEGIN_FF_UPLOAD, disclosing kernel stack memory to userspace. Zero the effect before the compat copy. | ||||

| CVE-2026-105684 | 1 Penpot | 1 Penpot | 2026-10-05 | 4.3 Medium |
| Penpot is an open-source design and prototyping platform. Prior to 2.18.0, the get-comment-threads, get-comment-thread, and get-comments RPC commands use check-comment-permissions! but do not apply the share link's pages restriction. A holder of a page-scoped share link can retrieve comment threads and full comment bodies from other pages in the same file, including commenter names, email addresses, photos, and page identifiers. The disclosed page identifiers can also be used with affected page-reading functionality to access unshared design content. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92070 | 1 Mozilla | 2 Firefox, Thunderbird | 2026-10-05 | 4.3 Medium |
| Information disclosure in the Networking component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 156, Firefox ESR 153.3, Thunderbird 156, and Thunderbird 153.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105635 | 1 Makeplane | 1 Plane | 2026-10-05 | 7.4 High |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, ProjectJoinEndpoint at GET /api/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/join/{pk}/ uses permission_classes = [AllowAny] and returns the full ProjectMemberInvite record, including its email, token, and role, to unauthenticated callers. The corresponding POST endpoint checks only whether the submitted email matches project_invite.email and does not validate the invitation token. An attacker who knows the invitation UUID can discover the invited email, register an account with that email, and accept the invitation without receiving the original invite. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54603 | 1 Ruby-oauth | 1 Oauth2 | 2026-10-05 | 8.6 High |
| OAuth2 is a Ruby wrapper for the OAuth 2.0 and 2.1 authorization frameworks, including OpenID Connect (OIDC). From 0.4.0 to 2.0.21, a protocol-relative redirect Location returned to OAuth2::Client#request overrides the request authority, so the bearer Authorization header is sent to an attacker-controlled host, leaking the credential. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.22. | ||||
