| CVE-2026-98001 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-30 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (ltc4282) Make sure clk_init_data is fully initialized The clk_init_data structure contains several mutually-exclusive members for different methods to specify the possible parents of a clock, prompting drivers to initialize only the members they need. However, not initializing all members may cause subtle issues, which are only exposed when CONFIG_INIT_STACK_ALL_PATTERN or CONFIG_INIT_STACK_NONE is enabled. ltc428_clk_provider_setup() does not fill in any parent clocks, and assumes that init.num_parents is NULL. However, the latter in uninitialized, and thus may cause a crash. Make sure all members are fully initialized, to fix such bugs, and to avoid future breakage when converting drivers to a different method for specifying the parents. | ||||
| CVE-2025-13809 | 1 Orionsec | 2 Orion-ops, Orion Ops | 2026-09-30 | 6.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability has been found in orionsec orion-ops up to 5925824997a3109651bbde07460958a7be249ed1. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file orion-ops-api/orion-ops-web/src/main/java/cn/orionsec/ops/controller/MachineInfoController.java of the component SSH Connection Handler. Such manipulation of the argument host/sshPort/username/password/authType leads to server-side request forgery. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||

| CVE-2026-100601 | 1 Openclaw | 1 Clawhub | 2026-09-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub) application/backend contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the public profile preview's image fetching. The preview accepts a user-supplied image URL and checks the textual hostname against private-address patterns, but does not validate or pin the resolved network destination, so a public-looking hostname can resolve to an internal address or change resolution between validation and connection (DNS rebinding). A maintainer-run local harness demonstrated an outbound connection to an owner-controlled loopback listener; access to production internal services, credential disclosure, and code execution were not demonstrated. The issue was confirmed at revision cbfee7343ddc867316dd9b3de6fa8856730f9f41; the complete historical affected range was not established. Fixed by PR #3683, included in revision 8c2de6c506bb4efabe3f0c2ffb8370b9e23d4650, which was deployed to clawhub.ai on 2026-09-11; self-hosted deployments should update to that revision or a later descendant. The npm CLI and OpenClaw runtime are separate products and are not affected. | ||||

| CVE-2026-77177 | 2026-09-30 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| Open GenAI Stack (aka ogx-ai) 2026-06-11, as used in the Meta AI backend for WhatsApp and other products, allows code execution because prompt injection (with Jinja2 template syntax) can be used to achieve server-side expression evaluation without sanitization. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15815 | 1 Grafana | 2 Grafana, Grafana Enterprise | 2026-09-30 | 8.8 High |
| Grafana OSS and Grafana Enterprise did not safely resolve symbolic links when extracting plugin archives. A crafted plugin archive can chain relative symbolic link entries to escape the plugin installation directory, writing arbitrary files and an executable backend binary outside that directory. The dropped executable runs with the privileges of the Grafana server process, resulting in remote code execution. Plugin archives are extracted before their signature is verified, so a valid plugin signature does not prevent the write. An operator can therefore be affected by installing a plugin that appears legitimate, as well as by installing a plugin from an arbitrary archive using grafana-cli, the GF_INSTALL_PLUGINS environment variable, or preinstall configuration. Grafana Enterprise is affected because it includes the same plugin extraction code as Grafana OSS. | ||||
| CVE-2026-100750 | 1 Regularlabs.com | 1 Modules Anywhere Pro Extension For Joomla | 2026-09-30 | N/A |
| Joomla Extension - regularlabs.com - LFI / SSRF in Modules Anywhere 1.5.0 - 9.0.5 for Joomla - Modules Anywhere Pro lets additional attributes on a module tag replace arbitrary parameters of the selected module. This feature is enabled by default in affected versions. The overrides are applied without checking who authored the content containing the tag. The security effect depends on how the selected module consumes the replaced parameter. Joomla's core Feed module provides a concrete affected path: its rssurl parameter is opened by the server and accepts local file: URLs as well as network URLs. | ||||

| CVE-2026-102511 | 1 Apache | 1 Plc4x | 2026-09-30 | N/A |
| Improper Verification of Source of a Communication Channel in the ADS discovery of the Go implementation of Apache PLC4X (PLC4Go) allows an attacker able to send UDP datagrams to the discovering host to redirect subsequent connections to an arbitrary, attacker-chosen address. The discovery result's connection address was derived from the AmsNetId claimed in the response body rather than from the datagram's actual source address. One spoofed discovery response can therefore insert an inventory entry pointing at any host, including hosts outside the local network, and an application that connects to discovered devices will open its ADS session, including any configured route credentials, to that host. Additionally, discovery listeners in both implementations can be disabled by a single malformed datagram: - In PLC4Go ADS discovery, a short version block causes a panic that ends the listener for the rest of the discovery call, so legitimate devices answering afterwards are not reported. - In PLC4J, the ADS and EtherNet/IP discoverers stop on an unhandled exception from a malformed response. - The PLC4J Modbus discoverer can be made to spin indefinitely, consuming a CPU core, by a scanned host that sends a partial response. Exploitation requires the application to invoke the discovery API, which is opt-in, and for the connection redirect, to act on the discovered items. This issue affects Apache PLC4X: PLC4Go from 0.11.0 before 1.0.0; PLC4J ADS and Modbus drivers from 0.10.0 before 1.0.0; PLC4J EtherNet/IP driver from 0.11.0 before 1.0.0. PLC4Go is consumed as the Go module github.com/apache/plc4x/plc4go; versions refer to the corresponding Apache PLC4X releases. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.0.0, which fixes the issue. Version 1.0.0 derives the connection address from the datagram's source address and logs a warning when the claimed AmsNetId disagrees with it. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55113 | 2 Ubiquiti, Ui | 2 Unifi Talk Application, Unifi Talk Application | 2026-09-30 | 7.5 High |
| A malicious actor with access to the network could exploit a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability found in UniFi Talk Application to execute a Denial of Service (DoS) attack and bypass authentication in certain UniFi Talk API endpoints. | ||||
| CVE-2026-100577 | 1 Openclaw | 1 Openclaw | 2026-09-30 | 6.3 Medium |
| OpenClaw versions before 2026.8.1 fail to validate video asset URLs returned by providers, allowing server-side requests to private destinations. A malicious or compromised provider can return private or loopback URLs to cause the CLI to make requests to internal services accessible from the OpenClaw host. | ||||
