| CVE-2026-93858 | 1 Openstack | 1 Mistral | 2026-10-08 | N/A |
| In OpenStack Mistral through 23.0.0, the std.ssh_proxied action passes a caller-supplied proxy_command value directly to paramiko.ProxyCommand() before any SSH connection to a gateway or target host is attempted. An authenticated project member can use the standard action-execution API to submit an arbitrary local command as proxy_command; paramiko starts that command as a subprocess on the executor host under the executor's own service account, independent of whether the SSH connection itself ever succeeds. Only Mistral deployments that permit the std.ssh_proxied action, the default configuration, are affected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93860 | 1 Openstack | 1 Mistral | 2026-10-08 | N/A |
| In OpenStack Mistral through 23.0.0, the /v2/maintenance API controller clears the request context and calls the maintenance service directly without any policy enforcement. Any holder of a valid Mistral token, regardless of assigned role, can read and change the service's cluster-wide maintenance state. Setting the state to PAUSED stops processing of new workflow and execution objects across all tenant projects until an operator restores it. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107375 | 1 Jhipster | 1 Generator-jhipster | 2026-10-08 | 8.8 High |
| JHipster is a development platform to quickly generate, develop, and deploy modern web applications and microservice architectures. From 7.0.0 until 9.4.0, reactive applications generated with Spring WebFlux, Spring Data R2DBC, and a SQL database pass the attacker-controlled sort request parameter from paginated entity-list endpoints into createOrderByFields in generators/spring-boot/generators/data-relational/templates/src/main/java/package/repository/EntityManager_reactive.java.ejs. The generated code renders these properties into the SQL ORDER BY clause without validation or quoting, and the R2DBC simple query protocol can execute additional statements separated by semicolons. A normal authenticated user can consequently read sensitive tables, modify or delete data, or drop tables, while non-reactive JPA applications and NoSQL backends are outside this root cause. This issue is fixed in 9.4.0. | ||||
| CVE-2023-39176 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-08 | 5.8 Medium |
| A flaw was found within the parsing of SMB2 requests that have a transform header in the kernel ksmbd module. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a read past the end of an allocated buffer. An attacker can leverage this to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of Linux. Only systems with ksmbd enabled are vulnerable to this CVE. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82334 | 1 Ibm | 1 Guardium Data Protection | 2026-10-08 | 8.1 High |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 is vulnerable to a heap-based out-of-bounds read in the TDS7 LOGIN7 protocol parser. A remote attacker could send a specially crafted TDS LOGIN7 packet containing invalid offset or length values, potentially causing information disclosure or denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82335 | 1 Ibm | 1 Guardium Data Protection | 2026-10-08 | 8.1 High |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow in the MongoDB protocol parser. A remote attacker could send a specially crafted MongoDB SCRAM username containing an excessive length and cause memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104712 | 1 Apache | 1 Struts | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| Asymmetric resource consumption (amplification) vulnerability in Apache Struts. When a request parameter is bound to an arbitrary-precision decimal (java.math.BigDecimal) property that is then rendered through the Struts tag library, the framework can produce a response many orders of magnitude larger than the request, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust server CPU and outbound network capacity with sustained low-volume traffic. Applications that do not bind request parameters to BigDecimal properties, or never render such a property through the Struts tag library, are not affected. This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.5.14 through 2.5.33, from 6.0.0 through 6.11.0, from 7.0.0 through 7.3.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.12.0 or 7.4.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82344 | 1 Ibm | 1 Guardium Data Protection | 2026-10-08 | 8.1 High |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow in the S-TAP TrafficTap TDS login reassembly functionality. An unauthenticated remote attacker can send crafted TDS login fragments that exceed the fixed-size reassembly buffer, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution on the affected system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107391 | 2026-10-08 | 6.2 Medium | ||
| music-metadata is a metadata parser for audio and video media files. In the public development revision introduced after 11.14.0, a development-branch regression in the MP4 stsd sample-description parser allows an attacker-controlled sample-entry size of zero to prevent the StsdAtom.get cursor from advancing while an attacker-controlled entry_count keeps the synchronous loop running. A crafted MP4-family input can block the Node.js event loop and grow the sample-description table until the process is terminated or exhausts memory. The vulnerable change was present on the public master branch but was not included in music-metadata 11.14.0 or any earlier npm release, and version 11.16.0 contains the fix. This issue is fixed in version 11.16.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42616 | 1 Tuxera | 1 Ntfs-3g | 2026-10-08 | 7.8 High |
| In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in cat() in ntfscat.c that allows an attacker to corrupt heap memory in the ntfscat binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by reading a file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42617 | 1 Tuxera | 1 Ntfs-3g | 2026-10-08 | 7.1 High |
| In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in ntfs_ir_to_ib() in index.c that allows an attacker to corrupt heap memory in the SUID-root ntfs-3g binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by extending a directory, e.g., by creating a file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107390 | 2026-10-08 | 6.2 Medium | ||
| music-metadata is a metadata parser for audio and video media files. Prior to 11.16.0, the MP4 parser accepts an attacker-controlled 64-bit extended atom size, converts it to a JavaScript Number, and uses the resulting payload length for atom-specific readToken calls before proving that the atom fits within its parent or the available input. A tiny MP4-family file can route an oversized length into payload parsing for atoms including mvhd, stsd, stsz, and date, causing a large allocation attempt or process failure before end-of-input validation. Applications that parse untrusted MP4-family media can therefore be denied service. This issue is fixed in version 11.16.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42618 | 1 Tuxera | 1 Ntfs-3g | 2026-10-08 | 7.1 High |
| In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in ntfs_decompress() in compress.c that allows an attacker to corrupt one byte of heap memory in the SUID-root ntfs-3g binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by reading the special crafted file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46569 | 1 Tuxera | 1 Ntfs-3g | 2026-10-08 | 7.7 High |
| In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in ntfs_ib_copy_tail(), in libntfs-3g/index.c, that allows an attacker to corrupt heap memory in the SUID-root ntfs-3g binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by extending a directory, e.g., by creating a file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46571 | 1 Tuxera | 1 Ntfs-3g | 2026-10-08 | 5.5 Medium |
| In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a out-of-bounds read exists in ntfs_fix_file_name() in libntfs-3g/reparse.c that allows an attacker to read possibly confidential information in ntfs-3g process memory by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The out-of-bounds read is triggered by a readlink on a corrupted file. | ||||
