CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: hci_codec: validate vendor codec count length
The Read Local Supported Codecs parsers consume the variable-sized
standard codec array before parsing the vendor codec count. Although the
initial reply-size check includes a vendor count byte in the fixed layout,
it does not guarantee that the byte remains after the standard codec array.
If a controller reply ends immediately after that array, calculating the
vendor codec array size reads vnd_codecs->num beyond the skb data. Use
skb_pull_data() to validate and consume each codec header before using its
count in both command variants. |

| A build step for a Git source, crafted in a specific way, can bypass some policy validation rules. A malicious build definition can make the repository look like it is coming from a different remote URL than it really is when Git clone is happening. If policy is doing more stricter validation, for example based on commit SHA, commit data, or signatures, then all these validations still apply correctly. |
| A malicious frontend can submit an LLB definition that causes buildkitd
to panic and terminate, interrupting all builds running on that daemon. |
| apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages. From version 0.2.0 to before version 1.4.5, UserEntry.Parse and GroupEntry.Parse in pkg/passwd read the UID and GID fields of /etc/passwd and /etc/group entries with strconv.Atoi and convert them to uint32 without a range check. On 64-bit platforms an out-of-range value such as 4294967296 (2^32) is truncated to 0, and negative values wrap. Because apko parses the passwd and group entries supplied by the packages it installs and writes them back into the image, an attacker who controls a package installed into the image can ship an entry that appears to declare an unprivileged UID or GID but is written into the built image as UID 0 or GID 0 (root). The truncated UID is also used when resolving the image's run-as user. This issue has been fixed in version 1.4.5. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: usb-audio: Clamp implicit feedback packet count to URB capacity
data_ep_set_params() allocates each data URB for exactly u->packets
isochronous frames, so urb->iso_frame_desc[] has u->packets slots and
ctx->packets is the driver's only record of that limit. For an implicit
feedback sink, snd_usb_queue_pending_output_urbs() overwrites it with the
sync source's packet count, which is calculated independently from the
capture endpoint's parameters. When that count is larger,
prepare_playback_urb() and prepare_silent_urb() can write
iso_frame_desc[] past the allocation; their existing bounds limit payload
bytes, not the descriptor index.
The reproducer uses a high-speed UAC2 device declaring bInterval 1 for
implicit feedback capture (8 packets) and bInterval 4 for playback
(1 packet). On the first capture completion after the stream starts, it
accesses seven descriptors spanning 112 bytes beyond the one-packet URB:

kthread (kernel/kthread.c:436)
The buggy address belongs to the object at ffff88801e696a00
which belongs to the cache kmalloc-256 of size 256
The buggy address is located 0 bytes to the right of
allocated 208-byte region [ffff88801e696a00, ffff88801e696ad0)
Record the allocated packet count per endpoint and clamp both the adopted
count and the packet-size copy to it. Fold the Format Type II delimiter
into urb_packs before the allocation loop so the recorded limit matches
every URB. |
| Buffer over-read vulnerability in Apache Tomcat Native during the TLS handshake permits a malicious user to trigger a DoS via a JVM crash.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat Native: from 2.0.0 through 2.0.15, from 1.3.0 through 1.3.8. Earlier, unsupported versions may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.3.9 or 2.0.16, which fix the issue. |
| Initialization of a resource with an insecure default vulnerability in Apache Tomcat Native enabled insecure options by default including ALLOW_CLIENT_RENEGOTIATION, NO_EXTENDED_MASTER_SECRET, IGNORE_UNEXPECTED_EOF and ALLOW_NO_DHE_KEX.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat Native: from 2.0.0 through 2.0.15, from 1.3.0 through 1.3.8. Earlier unsupported versions may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.16 or 1.3.9, which fix the issue. |
| A heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the FileMaker Server database engine block parsing routine allowed a maliciously crafted .fmp12 database file to cause memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution. This vulnerability is addressed in FileMaker Server version 26.0.3. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: bcmasp: fix tx_spb_ring_full() checking same slot cnt times
The loop initialised next_index from intf->tx_spb_index on every
iteration, so incr_ring() always produced the same result and only
one slot was ever tested. Move the initialisation before the loop
so each iteration advances next_index and the function correctly
checks that cnt consecutive descriptor slots are available before
allowing a new transmission. |
| Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input vulnerability in VillaTheme BuildKit – Product Builder for WooCommerce – Custom PC Builder woo-product-builder allows Input Data Manipulation. This issue affects BuildKit – Product Builder for WooCommerce – Custom PC Builder: from n/a through 1.0.28. |
| Craft CMS 5.10.13.2 contains an authenticated remote code execution vulnerability in the Control Panel action app/render-components.
Any authenticated user with basic Control Panel access can submit request-controlled component classes and property overrides. By first overriding an EntryType object’s uiLabelFormat and then rendering an Entry that resolves the same request-cached entry type, an attacker can cause arbitrary Twig supplied in the request to be evaluated by renderObjectTemplate().
This render path is not sandboxed. A Twig string callable can therefore reach PHP functions such as system(), resulting in operating-system command execution with the privileges of the PHP/web-server process.
The issue was reproduced with an active non-admin Craft Team user with no optional permissions enabled. No access to entry-editing, Settings, utility, user-management, project-config, filesystem, Kubernetes, or environment variables was required. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Tenda AC5 02.03.01.111_multi. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /goform/setWifi of the component Wifi Handler. Such manipulation of the argument wifiPwd leads to stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Zebra before 6.1.0 contains an incorrect calculation vulnerability in its ZIP-317 block template selector that omits header and transaction-count size from the block budget. Attackers can place valid selectable transactions in a victim miner's mempool to shape templates into oversized blocks, causing rejection and wasted proof-of-work. |
| A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in g_io_channel_read_line_backend() in the giochannel.c file when a custom line terminator with a length greater than one is set, causing memcmp to read past the GString buffer. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 7 bytes or a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary. |
| A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in the g_regex_replace function when used with the `G_REGEX_RAW` compile flag and case-change replacement escapes because the string_append function processes matched substrings using UTF-8 functions that assume valid UTF-8 input, even when the string is treated as raw bytes. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 1-5 bytes and a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary. |
