CVSS v3.1 |
Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in the user REST API update endpoint that allows attackers with user-write rights to modify payroll fields by exploiting an incomplete credential denylist that omits payroll columns. Attackers can rewrite salary, bonus, hourly rate, daily rate, and weekly hours for any user without holding payroll rights, with the modified values appearing in payroll export reports.
Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in the payments REST API delete endpoint that allows authenticated attackers with invoice-deletion rights to permanently delete any payment record by bypassing the intended payment-issuance rights check. Attackers can exploit this misconfigured permission check to zero paid amounts on invoices and remove entries from accounting exports, causing financial data integrity loss.
Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in the Members REST API that allows attackers with only member-creation rights to reset the password of any user account, including the system administrator, without verifying password-change permissions. Attackers can supply an arbitrary user account identifier and new password in the request body to overwrite credentials and immediately lock out the legitimate account holder.
BookStack before 26.05.4 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows authenticated API users with image-update or image-delete permissions to manipulate other users' avatars by exploiting missing content-type restrictions in the Image Gallery API endpoints. Attackers can supply a user avatar's ID to the API controller, which loads any image type without the web controller's gallery and drawio restrictions, and when the avatar's uploaded_to field matches a page ID accessible to the attacker, the authorization check passes allowing the attacker to rename, replace, or delete the target user's avatar without requiring user-management permission.
SpringBlade versions from 2.7.3 up to but not including 5.0.0 contain a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to create system administrator accounts by sending crafted POST requests to an unprotected internal Feign user-creation endpoint exposed via @RestController without authorization checks. Attackers can exploit the gateway's authentication filter, which only validates JWT parsing without verifying user roles or caller identity, and leverage a hardcoded JWT signing key embedded in publicly available JARs to forge tokens and escalate privileges from a low-privilege user to administrator, enabling cross-tenant data pollution and persistent backdoor access.
Simple Machines Forum (SMF) through 2.1.7, fixed in commit 6f0dc61, contains an authorization state-confusion vulnerability in the profile loader that allows authenticated low-privileged users to gain administrator access by supplying multiple values for the user parameter. Attackers can exploit the mismatch between Profile::$member and User::$me->is_owner during sequential profile loading to be treated as the owner of an administrator profile, enabling unauthorized password changes and full account takeover.
TIM Flow before 26.0.6 contains an improper authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated user to submit arbitrary SQL queries to a privileged dashboard Excel export endpoint intended for administrative use only. Attackers can craft and submit unauthorized SQL queries to the export endpoint to retrieve sensitive database contents as a downloadable spreadsheet, bypassing role-based access controls.
Obot 0.21.1 through 0.24.1 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated users to reach MCP servers because the checkUI deny list omits the /mcp-connect-composite/ route. Basic-role users with a composite MCP ID can proxy requests through mcpGateway.Proxy to invoke tools on MCP servers restricted by Access Control Rules.
Ghost versions 5.3.0 before 6.58.0 fail to properly enforce access controls on comments in private mode. Unauthenticated visitors can read comments that should be restricted, bypassing privacy settings.
Ghost versions 5.3.0 before 6.62.0 contain a missing authorization vulnerability that allows an authenticated site member to read the excerpts of posts they do not have access to (gated content).
Fleet versions before 4.89.0 fail to properly filter MDM command results by team authorization in the commands/results endpoint. Team-scoped users can read MDM command results for hosts on other teams when a shared command UUID targets hosts across multiple teams, exposing host UUIDs, command payloads, and device responses.
A flaw has been found in Frappe HR up to 16.15.0. This vulnerability affects the function get_expense_claims/get_shift_requests/get_attendance_requests of the file hrms/api/__init__.py of the component Permission Validation. This manipulation of the argument employee causes incorrect authorization. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The vendor replied: "This issue has already been reported by another individual, and based on that, we have fixed it."
A vulnerability was determined in Netcore NBR100V2 1.3.240614.030928. This affects the function uci.apply of the file /usr/share/rpcd/acl.d/unauthenticated.json of the component ACL Handler. This manipulation of the argument section causes missing authorization. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
