CVE-2026-69581 1 Microsoft 25 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 22 more 2026-09-21 7 High
Use after free in Windows Device Association Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
CVE-2026-91203 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-09-21 6 Medium
A flaw was found in cockpit-files. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to exploit a timing issue, known as a symlink race condition, during privileged file operations such as changing file ownership or permissions. By manipulating directory entries and winning this race, the attacker can redirect these operations to unintended files. This could lead to unauthorized changes in file ownership and permissions on arbitrary files, potentially compromising system integrity and availability by altering system or application states or rendering services unusable.
CVE-2026-77972 1 Slab 1 Safeurl 2026-09-21 N/A
Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition in Slab safeurl allows an attacker who controls a hostname's DNS responses to reach internal network destinations that validation rejected. Validation returns a verdict and not the address it approved, so the HTTP clients the library ships receive the original hostname and resolve it a second time when the request is made. An attacker who controls the authoritative DNS for a name can answer the first lookup with a permitted address and the second with a blocked one, and the request then reaches a destination validation never approved. The same window opens without an attacker whenever a name legitimately resolves to different addresses across lookups, such as short record lifetimes or rotation between several addresses. This issue affects safeurl: from 0.1.0 onward.
CVE-2026-63334 1 Jgraph 1 Drawio 2026-09-21 6.8 Medium
draw.io is a configurable diagramming and whiteboarding application. Prior to version 30.2.7, deployments with ENABLE_DRAWIO_PROXY=1 are vulnerable to server-side request forgery because src/main/java/com/mxgraph/online/Utils.java performs the private-address check in Utils.sanitizeUrl() using one DNS resolution, while src/main/java/com/mxgraph/online/ProxyServlet.java later calls URL.openConnection() and performs a second resolution. An attacker-controlled hostname can resolve to a public address during validation and then to a private, link-local, or cloud metadata address when the connection is opened. Successful exploitation can return cloud instance metadata or responses from internal HTTP services through the proxy. This issue is fixed in version 30.2.7.
CVE-2026-86861 1 Pgadmin 1 Pgadmin 4 2026-09-21 5.9 Medium
pgAdmin 4's File Manager save_file endpoint, which backs saving from the Query Tool and ERD, validated the requested path with Filemanager.check_access_permission() and then opened the file for writing with a plain open() call. CVE-2026-7819 had previously hardened the separate file upload path by opening its target with O_NOFOLLOW, so that the kernel refuses to follow a symbolic link at the final path component, but save_file was left on an unprotected open(). A symbolic link already present when the check ran was rejected by the check itself; the remaining exposure was a link substituted at the final path component in the interval between the check and the write, at which point the write followed the link and landed outside the user's storage directory, creating or overwriting an arbitrary file as the operating-system account running pgAdmin. Exploitation requires the ability to create or replace a symbolic link inside the requesting user's storage directory. pgAdmin exposes no interface that creates symbolic links, so this requires filesystem access to the pgAdmin host or to a shared or network-mounted storage backend, together with winning the timing window. The reporter did not achieve a write against a released version, having attempted approximately 63,000 racing requests without success; the reported defect is the uncovered write path rather than a demonstrated sandbox escape. The fix routes save_file's write through the same O_NOFOLLOW-protected helper already used by the upload path, so both File Manager write sinks carry identical kernel-enforced protection, and reports a symbolic-link refusal explicitly instead of surfacing the underlying system error text. Note that files created by save_file are now given mode 0600, inheriting the behaviour introduced for uploads. The protection covers the final path component; substitution of an intermediate directory component is not addressed by this change. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: from the introduction of the containment check in the File Manager save path before 9.18.
CVE-2026-55318 1 Google 1 Android 2026-09-21 8.8 High

CVE-2026-55567 1 Bleachbit 1 Bleachbit 2026-09-21 7.8 High
BleachBit cleans files to free disk space and to maintain privacy. Prior to 6.0.1, privileged Windows cleaning does not lock and validate a target's parent directory before deletion. A local unprivileged user can replace that directory with a Windows junction and use a native symlink to redirect the elevated deletion to an attacker-selected file. The arbitrary privileged file deletion can be combined with Windows Installer behavior to obtain local SYSTEM privileges. This issue is fixed in version 6.0.1.
CVE-2026-69612 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-21 7.8 High

CVE-2026-69404 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-21 7 High
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows TCP/IP allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
CVE-2026-89799 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Disable preemption in bpf_get_stackid The get_perf_callchain call needs disabled preemption plus we need it disabled as long as we access its returned trace entries buffer. Note the bpf_get_stackid_pe function is executed already with preemption disabled.
CVE-2026-89625 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 5.9 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: sony: fix UAF of ghl_poke_timer / ghl_urb at driver unbind For GHL (Guitar Hero Live) dongles, sony_probe() arms a periodic timer: ghl_magic_poke() (the timer callback) submits sc->ghl_urb, and the URB completion ghl_magic_poke_cb() re-arms the timer with mod_timer(). sony_remove() drained the timer with timer_delete_sync() and then freed the URB with usb_free_urb(): timer_delete_sync(&sc->ghl_poke_timer); usb_free_urb(sc->ghl_urb); timer_delete_sync() does not block re-arming, and while the URB is in flight the timer is not pending, so the sync delete is a no-op. A URB completion that runs after the delete re-arms the timer, and usb_free_urb() only drops a reference -- it does not kill an in-flight URB. sc is allocated with devm_kzalloc() and freed once sony_remove() returns, so the re-armed ghl_poke_timer (embedded in sc) then fires on freed memory, a use-after-free from timer softirq. This is a disconnect/rmmod race. Poison the URB first, then shut the timer down, before freeing the URB. usb_poison_urb() kills any in-flight URB and permanently rejects further submissions, so a poke timer that is still pending cannot re-submit the URB from ghl_magic_poke() in the window before timer_shutdown_sync() runs. usb_kill_urb() would not suffice: it only cancels the in-flight URB and leaves it submittable once it returns, so the pending timer could re-submit it and put a fresh URB in flight over the freed sc. timer_shutdown_sync() then drains any last callback and blocks re-arming. The probe error path is unaffected: it is only reached before the timer is armed. Reproduced under KASAN on next-20260710 via dummy_hcd + raw-gadget emulation of the GHL PS4 dongle (VID 0x1430 / PID 0x07bb): hid-sony binds and arms the poke timer, the poke URB is held in flight, the driver is unbound (freeing sc), then the URB is released. The completion re-arms the timer on the freed sc, and the re-armed timer fires ~8 s later: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in ghl_magic_poke+0x98/0xb0 Read of size 8 at addr ffff88810b02fd50 by task swapper/0/0 ghl_magic_poke+0x98/0xb0 call_timer_fn+0x35/0x2b0 __run_timers+0x69c/0x9a0 run_timer_softirq+0x173/0x2a0 Allocated by task 169: sony_probe Freed by task 338: devres_release_group <- hid_device_remove (sony_remove) Found by 0sec (https://0sec.ai) using automated source analysis.
CVE-2026-89545 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sunrpc: defer rq_argp and rq_resp free until after RCU grace period svc_rqst_free() frees rqstp->rq_argp and rqstp->rq_resp synchronously via kfree(), but defers the rqstp struct free via kfree_rcu(). After svc_exit_thread() calls list_del_rcu() and svc_rqst_free(), there is a window where RCU readers that started before list_del_rcu() can still traverse the thread list and find the rqstp. These readers (e.g. nfsd_nl_rpc_status_get_dumpit()) dereference rqstp->rq_argp, which has already been freed — a use-after-free. Fix this by moving the kfree of rq_argp and rq_resp into an explicit call_rcu() callback alongside the struct free. Resources not accessed by RCU readers (bvec, buffer pages, scratch folio, auth_data) remain synchronously freed.
CVE-2026-80860 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: fix race between interrupt and resend After commit f8fce75fedf7 ("fuse: clear intr_entry in fuse_resend and fuse_remove_pending_req") the WARN_ON(!list_empty(&req->intr_entry)) in fuse_request_free() still triggers due to the following race: In request_wait_answer() if (test_bit(FR_SENT, &req->flags)) -> returns true In fuse_chan_resend() clear_bit(FR_SENT, &req->flags) In request_wait_answer() queue_interrupt(req) Fix by: - move clearing FR_SENT inside fpq->lock - move setting FR_PENDING inside fiq->lock - recheck FR_SENT after acquiring fiq->lock in fuse_dev_queue_interrupt()
CVE-2026-80847 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: clamp route advmss to TCP_MIN_MSS tcp_select_initial_window() assumes that callers never pass an MSS smaller than 1, but route-derived advmss values can violate that assumption. A too-small explicit RTAX_ADVMSS is one way to get there, but it is not the only one. The same divide-by-zero can also be reached through the "default advmss" path when RTAX_ADVMSS is left at 0 and the effective advmss is later driven down by route MTU and min_adv_mss. Introduce a tcp_dst_advmss() helper that clamps route advmss to TCP_MIN_MSS before TCP consumes it, and use it in the TCP paths that derive advmss from dst metrics. This keeps the effective MSS from dropping to zero before tcp_select_initial_window() rounds the receive window.
CVE-2026-74407 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: cancel SSR work items during PCI shutdown A reboot can crash the kernel if it overlaps with WLAN firmware crash recovery (SSR). The crash is a NULL pointer dereference in the MHI teardown path while freeing DMA-backed MHI contexts. Simplified trace: dma_free_attrs mhi_deinit_dev_ctxt [mhi] ath11k_pci_power_down [ath11k_pci] ath11k_pci_shutdown [ath11k_pci] device_shutdown kernel_restart On the host side, SSR is driven by the MHI RDDM callback, which queues reset_work to perform device recovery. reset_work power-cycles the device by calling ath11k_hif_power_down() followed by ath11k_hif_power_up(). The power-down phase deinitializes MHI and frees DMA resources. Shutdown/reboot runs fully asynchronously with this RDDM-driven SSR recovery flow. As a result, the shutdown path (ath11k_pci_shutdown() -> ath11k_pci_power_down()) can race with the SSR recovery sequence. Fix this by canceling SSR-related work items during PCI shutdown, marking the device as unregistering, and serializing the RDDM callback path that checks and queues reset_work. This ensures that no new SSR recovery work can be queued once teardown has started, and that any in-flight recovery work is fully synchronized before device power-down, preventing MHI teardown and DMA resource freeing from running more than once. Note: This issue only affects PCI/MHI-based devices. AHB-based ath11k devices do not queue reset_work in normal SSR flows. Tested-on: WCN6855 hw2.1 PCI WLAN.HSP.1.1-04866.5-QCAHSPSWPL_V1_V2_SILICONZ_IOE-1
CVE-2026-72494 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/irdma: Replace waitqueue and flag with completion The driver previously used a waitqueue along with an explicit request_done flag, but without proper barriers around request_done. An earlier patch by Gui-Dong Han <hanguidong02@gmail.com> attempted to fix this by adding the missing memory barriers. Rather than adding the barriers, this patch replaces the waitqueue+flag with a completion, which is designed for this exact purpose.
CVE-2026-72355 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-21 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfs: Fix barriering when walking subrequest list Fix the barriering used when walking the subrequest list in retry as there's a possibility of seeing a subreq that's just been added by the application thread.
